- If the request is not made by the holder, the applicant must present a document proving the existence of representation.
- In the case of interdicted persons, the documents to prove legal representation will be: interdiction certificate and valid official identification with a photograph.
- Notarial power of attorney.
- Description of personal data for which any ARCO right is intended to be exercised.
- Date when services were received.
- Any other element that allows the location of personal data and attention to the request.
- If requesting data rectification, in addition to the above, please indicate the modifications to be made, providing documentation supporting your request.
