For the purposes of the Personal Data you have provided or may provide through various means and/or forms including our website, social networks, digital platforms, and in relation to the use of our services, CHIGOCONTADORES.COM, located at Plaza Valerio Gonzalez Local 5, San José del Cabo, B.C.S. 23406 Mexico, and with website https://www.chigocontadores.com; is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Notice.

Purpose of Processing Personal Data
The Personal Data held by CHIGOCONTADORES.COM will be used for the following purposes:

• Preparation and integration of proposals and quotations.
• Maintenance of records for service follow-up.
• Verify, confirm, and validate your identity.
• Billing and collection of provided services.

B. Secondary purposes:
• Maintaining records for future service provision.
• Statistical analysis.

Identification Data. The personal contact and/or identification data collected by CHIGOCONTADORES.COM are the full name of the service user, address, email, phone (mobile and/or landline), and taxpayer registration number.

To start an ARCO Request, you must submit a request to the email datos@chigocontadores.com or a written request presented at Plaza Valerio Gonzalez Local 5, San José del Cabo, B.C.S. 23406 Mexico; addressed to the Legal Department, Personal Data Department; from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 hours; this request must contain the following information:

• Holder's name.
• Holder's address and/or email address to communicate the response to the request.
• Valid official identification with a photograph that proves your identity.
• If the request is not made by the holder, the applicant must present a document proving the existence of representation.
• In the case of interdicted persons, the documents to prove legal representation will be: interdiction certificate and valid official identification with a photograph.
• Notarial power of attorney.
• Description of personal data for which any ARCO right is intended to be exercised.
• Date when services were received.
• Any other element that allows the location of personal data and attention to the request.
• If requesting data rectification, in addition to the above, please indicate the modifications to be made, providing documentation supporting your request.

Means of Reproduction of Personal Data Requested through ARCO Rights
CHIGOCONTADORES.COM, committed to protecting and securing your personal data and in response to your request for access to your information, has determined that, due to the sensitive nature of the information requested, it will only be delivered in simple copy and in person upon verification of your identity.

Means to Revoke Consent
